How it works for weddings
Hill Country venues are beautiful and far apart. A bus means one pickup for the wedding party, one set of directions for the driver, and no one hunting for parking in a dress.
For guests, a shuttle between the hotel block and the venue makes the evening simpler and safer. Put the timeline in your request, including the last run home, and we'll plan the trips with you.
From $720 for 4 hours on the 16: $150 an hour plus the 20% driver service fee. See every bus and every length.
Before you request
- Send the day's timeline with the request: pickup, photos, ceremony, reception and the last departure.
- For guest shuttles, include the hotel and the number of guests; we'll work out how many runs it takes.
- Wedding dates in spring and fall go fast. Request as soon as the date is set.
- Every rental is at least 4 hours; most wedding days run longer.
