How it works for game day, concerts & festivals
UT home games, ACL, F1 weekend at the Circuit of the Americas and SXSW bring huge crowds, closed streets and expensive parking. A bus drops the group as close as traffic allows and meets you after.
These dates book up first. Request as early as you can, and include where you want to be dropped and picked up; event-day street closures can change the plan, and we'll work it out with you.

Tailgate crews tend to be big; the 32 carries the most. Smaller groups take the 16.

All questionsHow far ahead should we book for ACL or a game?
We recommend 2 to 4 weeks ahead in peak season, and earlier for ACL, SXSW, graduation weekends and holidays, which book up fast.
What if the bus breaks down?
It's rare, but we have backup plans and will work to get a replacement bus to you as quickly as possible. If we can't fulfill the trip, you'll receive a full refund.
