What moves the quote
No hidden fees. These are the things that change the number.
- Group size
- Larger buses cost more per hour, but the cost per person often drops.
- Day of the week
- Friday and Saturday nights are peak. Weekday and Sunday requests can come in at better rates.
- Time of year
- March through October is peak season in Austin: SXSW, ACL, graduation and wedding season.
- Trip distance
- Longer routes, like Hill Country winery tours or out-of-town pickups, may include a fuel surcharge.
- Duration
- The more hours you need, the more flexibility there is on rate. Ask about extended trips.

How much does it cost to rent a party bus?
Our 16-passenger bus starts at $150/hour and the 32-passenger bus starts at $225/hour, plus a 20% driver service fee on every rental. Final pricing depends on your specific trip details.
Is there a minimum rental time?
All rentals require a 4-hour minimum. Most groups find that's just right — it gives you time for transit, stops, and a solid stretch of party time. Reach out if you have a shorter trip in mind and we'll see what we can do.
How does quoting work?
Rates on the site are starting points. Once you send your request, we review the date, route, timing, and group size, then follow up with the final quote and next steps.
Is a driver fee included?
A mandatory 20% driver service fee is added to every rental. This covers your driver. Additional tips are always welcome but never expected.
Do you charge extra for fuel or mileage?
For trips within the Austin area, fuel is typically included. Long-distance trips (outside Central Texas) may include a fuel surcharge. We'll include any additional costs in your quote upfront — no surprises.
