What affects your price
No hidden fees. Here's what goes into every quote.
Group size
Larger buses cost more per hour, but the per-person cost often drops.
Day of the week
Friday and Saturday nights are peak. Weekday and Sunday bookings can save you money.
Time of year
March–October is peak season in Austin (SXSW, ACL, graduation, wedding season).
Trip distance
Longer routes (Hill Country winery tours, out-of-town pickups) may include a fuel surcharge.
Duration
The more hours you book, the more flexibility we have on rate. Ask about extended trip pricing.
How deposits work
A 25% deposit reserves your bus and date. The remaining balance is due before your trip date.
The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled booking if you give us at least 72 hours' notice. We get it — plans change.
A mandatory 20% driver service fee is added to every rental. Additional tips are always welcome but never expected.
